Aww! We’re sad that you changed your mind about an item. Since we are a strictly e-boutique please see our returns and exchanges policy below. 

Online Return Policy:

● Due to the nature of our e-boutique no refunds without proper investigation will be issued.

● If you are not satisfied with an item, or simply changed your mind, an exchange or an e-boutique credit will be issued. Please contact us with your order number within 3 business days for exchanges or credits. 

● If items were damaged during shipping, (i.e. poor packaging or mishandling), we will issue an item refund (not shipping) to your original form of payment. Please Contact Us  with your order number within 2 days of receipt.

○ Allow an additional 2 business days for refund to post to your form of payment.

○ No refunds, credit or returns on items where customers' poor handling was a factor. If the customer desires for the accessory to be repaired please check our FAQ section for details. 

● Return on gift items will be issued an e-boutique credit only. Contact Us with the order number within 3 business days for credits.

● All e-boutique credit purchases are final.
