How can I cancel my order?
All orders have a 30-min window from the time the order was placed to be cancelled. Contact Us within this time frame to cancel the order. After the 30-min window, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the Online Return Policy.
I received a gift from GetCrowned Studio gift. Can I return it or get a refund?
No. However, please contact us with the order number and a store credit will be issued.
My refund amount doesn’t seem right. How can I fix this?
There is a possibility that shipping & handling may have been decreased from the refund amount. Please Contact Us with the order number if you have questions.
My accessory broke or missing a stone. Can you fix it?
While all our accessories go through a rigorous quality assurance check, no accessory is meant to last lifetime. We can make every attempt to fix the accessory for you.
Follow the simple steps below:
If possible, keep all the pieces that may have fallen or broken off the accessory.
Contact Us with the order number, concern/description and pictures, if possible, of the damage.
If GetCrowned Studio can fix the item an invoice with estimate on repairs will be issued.
After receipt of payment the customer will ship the item and all pieces to GetCrowned Studio. The customer is responsible for shipping.
GetCrowned Studio will not be held reliable for additional damage sustained during shipping. However, we will attempt to fix the accessory at no additional charge.
GetCrowned Studio will ship the item back to the customer.
We cannot commit to repairing jewelry from other retailers or e-boutiques. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Human Hair Care Instructions
Use mild shampoo, rinse and let air dry naturally.
Please comb hair gently from the end, then to the top.
Avoid any excessive hair gels, creams, or any other products.
Unless otherwise specified all natural virgin hair can be colored.
Handle with care. While it is human hair be tender with your lace crowns.
Are there any payment plans for crowns?
There are payment plans available through PayPal. However, item will not be shipped until 100% payment has been made. PayPal offers great protection to both the consumer and the seller in the event of fraud. We now offer AfterPay, please select that method of payment when paying.
